Job summary

Andaz Miami Beach is seeking a Food Runner for our Pool and Beach to support the dining team and ensure guests receive a superior experience. The role involves delivering orders, coordinating with front of house and back of house, and maintaining setup readiness with an emphasis on hospitality.

Experience with high-volume service is helpful but not required. The position offers a benefits package and a dynamic, guest-focused environment at a premier luxury hotel in Miami Beach.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Multitasking skills to ensure guests get their orders quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication to meet guest requests.
Ability to stand for extended periods and stay on feet.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables and assist waitstaff.
Act as liaison between FOH and BOH to ensure smooth service.
Set up tables and maintain station readiness.
Provide prompt, professional, friendly service to guests.
Assist in opening side work and training sessions as needed.
Ensure proper serving of wine and beverages and maintain quality.
