Mondrian South Beach is seeking a friendly Food Runner to support our dining team at Baia Beach Club. You will deliver meals, clear tables, and assist servers with order coordination to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a food runner role, understands hygiene rules, and can multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Availability includes weekends and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years as a food runner or similar entry-level role.
• Experience in front-of-house and hygiene/food safety rules.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables with accuracy.
• Pass orders to chefs and coordinate with front/back-of-house.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table settings.
• Assist servers and support rapid service with suggestive selling.
