Job summary

White Lodging at JW Marriott Austin is seeking a Food Runner to deliver high-quality dining experiences and support the front-of-house team. You will ensure prompt service and accurate food delivery while maintaining a polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality food to guests and maintain frequent communication with servers.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe work environment.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.

• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
