White Lodging is opening Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin and seeks experienced room service servers. You will stock, set up, and deliver orders to guest rooms across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner shifts.

The role emphasizes anticipating guest needs, maintaining professional appearance, and strong teamwork within a luxury setting. Prior experience is welcome but not required; Food Handlers and TABC Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve trays to maintain neat and sanitary appearance.
• Know hotel services, menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and act as an ambassador for the hotel.
• Listen for and respond to guest needs or concerns to ensure quality experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking experienced room service servers to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of Hotel Trinity.

Hotel Trinity, launching in late 2026 as the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in downtown Austin, is Austin's finest private hideaway. Featuring a guest-only rooftop pool, world-class hospitality amenities with residential appointments, and the city's most sought-after high-end seafood restaurant and oyster bar, Hotel Trinity offers a luxury boutique experience unlike any other- a place to work, play, and stay out of the fray.

What You'll Do

• The room service server will stock, set-up, and deliver all food and beverage orders and property amenities to guest rooms.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
• Retrieve all food and beverage trays from the floors to maintain a neat and sanitary appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all services provided within the hotel and all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Listen for and respond to customer needs, issues, or concerns to ensure a quality experience for all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
