Job summary

White Lodging in Austin seeks an Executive Lounge Attendant to ensure the lounge is set up, serviced, and cleaned to premier standards. You will deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest, manage beverage and food service, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring a guest-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment while keeping areas stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain professional and friendly in busy settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.

As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you will ensure the successful setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
