Job summary

Marriott International in Florida is seeking a dual Food Runner and Busser to join our team. This role supports service speed and guest satisfaction, with weekly-changing schedules to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous hospitality experience a plus.
• Ability to take accurate messages and courteous phone etiquette.
• Holiday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Run food to appropriate tables and seat numbers.
• Assist expo in preparing and garnishing food to be ran.
• Open side work to prepare for the shift, including expo prep.
• Close side work to clean the expo station.
• Communicate any complaints or compliments to supervisor.
• Follow company rules as defined in the employee handbook.
• Wear the uniform as provided.

Responsibilities:

• Run food to appropriate table and seat numbers
• Assist expo in preparing and garnishing food to be ran
• Opening side work to prepare for the shift to include prepping expo items
• Closing side work to clean the expo station
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
• Holiday and Weekend Availability
