Job summary

Food Provisions LLC is seeking a full-time Food Runner to support grill operations by delivering food orders to tables quickly and accurately while providing friendly and professional customer service. This role helps maintain dining and service areas clean, organized, and stocked for service, and supports the Grill team and other operational needs in a fast-paced market.

Food Runner Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Food Runner to support our Grill operations by delivering food orders to tables quickly and accurately while providing friendly and professional customer service. This position will also help maintain the dining and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service, while supporting the Grill team and other operational needs in a fast-paced specialty food market.

Requirements

Food Runner Qualifications:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Restaurant Runner, Food Service Associate, Customer Service Associate, Cashier, or similar position preferred.
• Ability to deliver food orders quickly, accurately, and professionally while maintaining proper presentation.
• Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Able to work efficiently with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to remain standing and active for extended periods.
• Ability to safely carry and transport trays, food products, and service supplies.
• Able to keep dining areas, service stations, condiments, and supplies clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning, restocking, and other operational duties as needed.
