Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Receiver to join its Parkhurst Dining team. You will inspect orders, verify weight, quality and quantity, and ensure accurate stock rotation and storage practices in compliance with HACCP guidelines.

This role emphasizes speed, accuracy and safety in a fast-paced kitchen and warehouse environment; you will date products, store them properly, and maintain clean storage areas to support quality guest experiences across our restaurant brands.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect orders to ensure correct weight, quality and quantity.
• Check products in line with HACCP regulations, including FIFO rotation.
• Date all products individually.
• Put orders away in a timely manner.
• Clean all food storage areas.
