Job summary

Reser42 Fine Foods - Crossroads Salad Plant in Topeka, KS is hiring for a Technician- Food Quality Assurance (2nd Shift). The role monitors production process controls, documents issues, and participates in corrective actions to ensure food safety and quality.

Strong HACCP and GMP knowledge is required, with an associate degree or QA experience. The position is full-time and on-site at the Crossroads facility, offering competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-owned food

Qualifications

Associate degree in science or 1+ year QA experience.
Basic knowledge of GMP, Food Safety and safety requirements.
English reading/writing/speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Monitor key process control points during production operations.
Document and report food safety or quality issues and participate in corrective actions.
Assist with pre-operational inspection of production plant and equipment.
Conduct and document daily product reviews and evaluation of sensory attributes of finished products.
Maintain records and documentation following proper protocols.
Adhere to HACCP, GMP, foreign material control, sanitation and other programs.
