Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Food Quality Assurance Technician Pre-Op (3:30 am - 12pm) to monitor key process control points during production and document any food safety or quality issues for corrective action.

The role requires attention to HACCP plans and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced plant environment. The position is full-time and on-site at the Topeka, KS facility, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a family-owned food

Qualifications

• Must have a science-related associate degree or 1+ years QA experience.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document and report food safety or quality issues and assist with corrective actions.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and related documentation.
• Monitor critical control points and verify HACCP-related processes.
