Job summary

The role emphasizes sanitation, documentation, and collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams to maintain compliance with HACCP and GMP programs.

Qualifications

• One plus years within a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Experience with Food Safety, HACCP, SQF, Sanitation (SSOP & GMP) and QA process improvement is required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure finished Ziegenfelder treats are ready for packaging by properly preparing raw material inputs, monitoring production, and inspecting final products.
• Review and document QA processes and recommend improvements.
• Support sanitation and cleaning tasks and participate in environmental monitoring.
• Record microbiological data and report concerns to the Quality Manager.
• Perform production support activities including mix making, equipment cleaning, and sampling.
