Zusammenfassung

Ziegenfelder Corporation is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure finished treats are prepped for packaging by accurately handling raw materials, monitoring production, and inspecting products for quality. The role includes documentation, data recording, environmental sampling, and adherence to HACCP, GMP, SOP, and SSOP programs.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in food manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, and good communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing quality assurance processes in a food manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, SSOP and GMP programs and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare raw material inputs and monitor production to ensure batch quality.
• Inspect finished products for color, taste, weight, wrap, and Rainbow Array.
• Perform CIP and batch processing; manage sanitation tasks and environmental sampling.
