Job summary

Ziegenfelder Corporation is seeking a Production Quality Technician for our Chino, CA facility. The role focuses on ensuring product quality from raw materials through packaging, including monitoring processes and performing lab tests to verify standards are met.

The successful candidate will support sanitation, environmental monitoring, and batch documentation while adhering to HACCP, GMP, and SQF practices in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, SSOP and GMP is required.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to perform sanitation and sanitation-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw material inputs and monitor production processes to ensure quality.
• Inspect finished products for color, taste, and packaging quality.
• Perform microbiological sampling and environmental monitoring.
• Record results in the data control system and batch records.
• Assist with lab tests and chemistry analyses as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment with maintenance and production teams.
