Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a full-time on-site role in Renton, WA. The position requires experience in food manufacturing, a variable schedule including weekends, and a strong QA background.

The incumbent will manage computerized quality programs, conduct audits and inspections, and support continuous improvement efforts within a temperature-controlled facility. Benefits are included for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in an Engineering or Business Field and 5 years’ maintenance experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years’ maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated instructions in writing and orally.
• Effective written skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and controls functions of computerized Quality Assurance programs in maintenance operation.
• Prepare, set-up system, and maintain computerized QA program and schedule inspections, audits and evaluations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations as per matrix and investigate quality complaints.
• Operate and maintain Cleantelligent and related data systems and support safety and performance improvements.
• Audit, research, collect data, and prepare reports on QA and day-to-day operations.
