Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator to support food manufacturing processes in our Duncanville facility. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, and set up machinery to meet production specifications while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

You will follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines, monitor equipment, document production activity, and assist with sanitation and quality checks to maintain product integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; food production certification is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Ability to read safety and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, including mixers, ovens, filling machines, and packaging equipment.
• Set up machinery according to production specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor equipment operation to ensure smooth production flow and troubleshoot issues.
