Job summary

You will lead a team, manage resources, and coordinate with QA to uphold regulatory standards. The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a food facility, familiarity with HACCP/GMP/FDA/USDA, and a technical background in food processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, FDA, or USDA food safety regulations.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, GMPs, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Retort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet schedules, quality and safety.
• Monitor resource use, minimize waste, and improve efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members.
• Ensure equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Conduct safety audits and training sessions.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain production records and reports.
