Job summary

Riviana Foods Inc. in Memphis is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the RTS facility, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement. You will lead a team, coordinate with departments, and maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, and USDA standards.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, monitor production data, manage inventory, and ensure records and audits meet regulatory requirements while fostering a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA).
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, GMPs, equipment, and safety protocols.
• SQF knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and workplace safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent production delays.
