Job summary

Riviana Foods is seeking an RTS Production Supervisor for our Memphis facility to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and engage the production team. You will coordinate with departments, manage resources, and maintain compliance with food safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

You'll lead a skilled team, drive continuous improvement, monitor performance, and ensure accurate records while meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA regulations.
• Retort experience in a food environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, food processing and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet schedules and safety protocols.
• Monitor resources, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
