Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize resource use, reduce waste, improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to peak performance.
• Provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support staff development.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols and audits.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Manage inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse to avoid delays.
• Record production data and prepare reports for management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
