Job summary

Quali Tech LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (M-F, 2pm-10pm) in Kankakee, IL. You will oversee all production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a team of operators and trainers.

Responsibilities include workflow organization, training, process troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvements to reduce waste and boost productivity in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in manufacturing environment, preferably food-related.
• Three+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated in equipment and process troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production on shift to meet throughput targets.
• Organize workflow and monitor production shifts; ensure safety and quality policies are followed.
• Train and develop production personnel; conduct safety and GMP training.
• Troubleshoot processes and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
