Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking a Production/Shipping Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Decatur, IL. The role leads hourly production staff to safely meet schedules, quality, and cost targets, partnering with Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, Shipping, Planning, HR, and Safety to ensure compliant plant operations.

Your leadership will drive engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across assigned shifts, with a focus on safety and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees to meet safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
• Monitor performance and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure SOPs and GMPs are followed.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Shipping, Planning, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
