gpac is partnering with an established dairy manufacturer in Vernon County, Wisconsin, to hire a Production Supervisor for the night shift (5:00 PM–5:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotation). The base salary ranges from $65,000 to $87,000, with benefits supporting physical and mental well-being.

You will lead a hands-on floor operation, drive safety and quality, mentor team members, ensure GMP adherence, and manage shift documentation and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety practices.
• Ability to earn the team's trust, communicate clearly, and follow through on expectations.
• Hands-on approach to learning the equipment and processes used throughout production.
• Familiar with production records, computer systems, and data management programs.
• Excellent organization and sound judgment when priorities shift.
• Availability to work 5:00 PM–5:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Organize workflow, set priorities, and guide the team toward production goals.
• Lead and develop employees, coach, train, and address performance concerns.
• Reinforce GMPs and sanitation to ensure food safety and quality.
• Learn equipment and processes to support operators and resolve issues.
• Address staffing, equipment, and workflow problems with safety and quality in mind.
• Maintain records and use data to monitor performance and report results.
• Keep shift communication lines open for smooth handoffs to the next shift.
• Identify practical improvements to reduce interruptions and improve consistency.
