Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery such as mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished goods per SOPs and GMPs.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE; participate in safety training.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the production area and equipment; dispose of waste per policy.
• Follow production schedules and monitor output; identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist with inventory tasks in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians and QA to ensure smooth shift handovers and teamwork.
