Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son in Boise, ID seeks a Production Operator to support the food manufacturing process by operating equipment, monitoring lines, and maintaining sanitary conditions.

You will follow SOPs, GMPs, and OSHA safety rules, perform quality checks, document production data, and work with a team to meet production targets with reliability. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prior food production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with GMPs and HACCP concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs for assembly, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Record production data and assist in inventory tasks as needed.
