Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator to support the food manufacturing process. You will operate production equipment, monitor processes for quality and safety, and maintain sanitation in the production area.

Responsibilities also include recording logs, collaborating with team members, and adapting to overtime or non-standard hours as needed. Prior experience in food production is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMPs and ability to read safety and operating documents.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accuracy, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and set up equipment per specs.
• Monitor processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area.
• Record production logs and inventory in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with team and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Work overtime or non-standard hours as needed.
