You will conduct quality checks, follow SOPs and GMPs, and assist in maintaining production records. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment encouraged.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, SOPs, and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment per specs.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols (OSHA) in daily tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Record production data in the designated system (Redzone).
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and shift handovers.
• Willingness to work overtime or non-standard hours as needed.
