Job summary

The role requires reading SOPs, following GMPs, and collaborating with a team. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (FSA, USDA) and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment).
• Set up machinery per specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor equipment operation to maintain smooth production flow and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area according to SOPs.
• Record production logs and inventory in the reporting system.
