Fresca Mexican Foods seeks a Production Operator to support our food manufacturing process in Texas. You will operate production machinery, monitor processes, and ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, quality checks, following SOPs and GMPs, and maintaining accurate production records. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate production machinery and equipment per specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth flow.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished goods according to SOPs and GMPs.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs for assembly, packaging, and labeling to ensure quality.
• Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
