Job summary

Cacique Foods, LLC. is seeking an Operator I to operate and monitor basic food production equipment on the production floor.

You will help maintain product quality, follow SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. In this entry-level role, you will perform routine quality checks, adhere to GMP and HACCP standards, and assist with equipment changeovers while learning safety and process controls on an (Texas) site.

Qualifications

• Read and follow SOPs/work instructions/safety guidelines
• Basic math and measurement skills required
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery/equipment per SOPs
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report malfunctions
• Conduct routine quality checks and record data accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP/HACCP compliance, PPE protocols
• Assist with product changeovers and equipment setups
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
• Participate in training and cross-training opportunities
