Fresca Mexican Foods in Texas seeks a reliable forklift operator to support warehouse and production operations, loading/unloading, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You will perform pre-operational checks, assist with inventory accuracy, follow GMPs and food safety standards, and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (FSA, USDA) and GMPs.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift safely to load/unload materials.
• Transport materials to storage areas or production lines.
• Perform pre-operational forklift checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Assist inventory by recording receipts and shipments.
• Conduct periodic physical counts to reconcile inventory.
• Support warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, labeling.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse.
• Handle materials to prevent damage or contamination.
• Report quality or safety issues to supervisors.
• Work overtime and non-standard hours as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
