C. H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to support our food manufacturing lines in Dallas, TX.

You will operate mixers, ovens, fillers, and packaging equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met throughout production. The role requires attention to SOPs, GMPs, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety practices.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment and set up for production.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products per SOPs.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area.
• Monitor production schedules and seek efficiency improvements.
• Keep accurate production and inventory records in the reporting system.
