The role emphasizes adherence to GMPs and safety guidelines, with responsibilities spanning quality checks, recording logs, and supporting continuous improvements in efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• Experience reading production specifications and SOPs.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety practices.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment.
• Set up machinery per specs and ensure proper function.
• Monitor production flow and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Record production logs and inventory in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with team and participate in shift handovers.
