C.H. Guenther & Son in Dallas, TX is seeking a Production Operator to support food manufacturing by operating equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining sanitation to meet quality standards.

You will set up and run mixers, ovens, filler and packaging lines, perform quality checks, follow SOPs and GMPs, and work with the team to keep production on schedule while adhering to OSHA safety rules.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, and GMPs.

Mansioni

• Operate production machinery and equipment (mixers, ovens, filling, packaging).
• Set up and adjust machinery per production specs and monitor operation.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs to maintain product quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Meet production schedules and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Keep accurate production records and assist with inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality control staff; overtime may be required.
