Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, including mixers, ovens, filling, and packaging equipment.
• Set up machinery according to production specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor equipment operation to maintain smooth production flow and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished goods per SOPs and GMPs.
• Report deviations and follow safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
• Maintain production logs and assist with inventory and shift handoffs.
