Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator to support efficient food production in a fast-paced environment. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, set up machinery, and monitor performance to ensure quality and safety standards.

The role requires adherence to GMPs and SOPs, participation in safety training, and collaboration with the production team to meet targets. This position is on-site with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production/manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery such as mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment.
• Set up machinery per production specs and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor equipment to maintain smooth production flow and troubleshoot issues.
