C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator in Idaho to support food manufacturing operations on-site. You will run mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, ensuring adherence to quality, GMP, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production flow, along with sanitation and accurate record-keeping. Candidates should have HS diploma or GED and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machinery and equipment (mixers, ovens, filling, packaging).
• Set up machinery according to production specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor equipment operation and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth production flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area and follow GMPs.
• Assist with inventory and production records as needed.
