Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging lines) per specifications.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished goods per SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area; follow cleaning protocols.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines; use PPE and report hazards promptly.
• Monitor production schedules, aim for efficient throughput, and record production data.
