C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Production Operator for 1st shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM). You will operate mixers, ovens, filling, and packaging machinery, set up equipment, and monitor production to keep a smooth flow.

You must follow SOPs and GMPs, read procedures, and work closely with the production team to ensure quality and safety. Prior food-manufacturing experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and instructions.

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling, packaging).
• Set up equipment according to specs and ensure proper function.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished goods.
