Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA is seeking a Machine Operator in Newnan, GA to independently run production equipment across Koji Making, Fermentation, Pressing/Filtration, Pasteurization, and Filling. You will rotate modules after training and ensure equipment operates smoothly, clean, and in compliance with GMP and food-safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment displays, recording process data, performing CIP, and maintaining sanitary work areas.

Qualifications

1+ years manufacturing or equipment operation experience.
Ability to read and interpret machine parameters.
Strong discipline and ability to follow SOP.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot/wet environments.
Basic English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment across multiple process areas (Koji Making, Fermentation, Pressing/Filtration, Pasteurization, Filling).
Rotate modules after training; ensure stable operation and sanitation with GMP/food-safety standards.
Run cooking, steaming, mixing, pumping, conveying, and material-handling equipment.
Monitor temperatures, pressures, speeds, flows, and weights; verify sensors and gauges.
Complete production, batch, sanitation, and deviation logs; perform CIP checks.
