Job summary

Lee Kum Kee in Newnan, GA is seeking a Machine Operator to operate production equipment across Koji Making, Fermentation, Pressing and Filtration, with rotation after training.

You will ensure clean operation, monitor temps/pressures, record logs, perform CIP, and comply with GMP/HACCP. The role requires 1+ year manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years manufacturing or equipment operation experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot/wet environments.
• Ability to read and interpret machine parameters.
• Strong discipline and ability to follow SOP.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment across Koji Making, Fermentation, Pressing/Filtration, Pasteurization, and Filling.
• Rotate modules after training and maintain stable equipment operation.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, speed, flow, torque, and weight.
• Complete logs for production, sanitation, and deviations.
