Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Packaging Operator to perform labeling, packing, checking and palletizing according to SOPs. The position requires rotating through multiple production teams and supporting supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, the ability to read and write simple English, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds with rotating shifts and overtime expected.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to present information clearly in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform labeling, packing, checking, palletizing and other routine tasks per SOPs.
• Rotate to assist other teams (powder processing, filling, janitorial, mixing/cooking, packaging, sanitation).
• Carry out duties assigned by Production Supervisors/Manager/Lead.
• Follow all safety policies, GMPs/SSOP/HACCP procedures.
• Set up equipment related to production days with guidance.
• Assist Supervisors or leads in other activities as needed.
