This role works a 12-hour day shift, 6 PM to 6 AM, on a 2-2-3 rotation (D shift). Prior forklift training or experience is beneficial for handling equipment as part of the production line.

Qualifikationen

• Prior work-related experience and/or training.
• Intermediate level of computer/technological skills.
• Ability to train for forklift certification.

Aufgaben

• Set up and clean, if necessary, all equipment prior to the scheduled start time to ensure on time start-ups.
• Perform quality checks on product being produced, recording information and adjusting as needed to meet specifications.
• Monitor spiral freezer operations checking for ice buildup and take action to maximize quality and production run length.
• Perform necessary sanitation duties to get the system back up and running in a set time period.
• Troubleshoot equipment that is not running effectively.
• Adhere to safe work practices, GMPs, sanitation, and food safety policies; report conditions affecting safety or quality.
