• Perform quality checks and adjust systems to meet specs.
• Monitor spiral freezer operations for ice buildup and maintain quality.
• Sanitation duties to keep systems running in set timeframes.
• Troubleshoot equipment not running effectively.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies and protect food safety.
