Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is hiring a Production Lead for the first shift (3:00 AM–3:00 PM) to oversee safe, high-quality production of our desserts. You will ensure SQF, HACCP, and GMP compliance, manage 10–40 staff, and drive throughput with minimal waste.

Training provided, with opportunities across departments. Qualifications include leadership experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Ability to read/write production docs in English or Spanish.
• Basic math skills and batch sheet proficiency.
• Experience with line setup and troubleshooting basics.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and perform start-of-shift checks.
• Lead 10-40 employees to meet hourly/daily goals.
• Verify batch sheets, formulas, and traceability.
• Escalate safety or quality issues and document actions.
• Maintain production documentation and KPIs.
