Dessert Holdings is seeking an Operator I in Aurora, CO to safely operate baking equipment and ensure consistent product quality according to established formulas and procedures. You will support SQF, HACCP and GMP practices to maintain food safety and quality across the line.

The role requires reliable transportation, willingness to work overtime, and ability to communicate in English or Spanish in a fast-paced team environment. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Able to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Able to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures.
• Read product formulas, temperatures and times per BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads for batch flow.
