Job summary

Simmons Foods in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a DSI Further Prod Tech (Dayshift) to learn, perform and rotate between packer, scaler, styler and grader to maintain line speeds for each product on the designated line.

You will work on a moving conveyor, perform packing and weighing of products, inspect and remove items that do not meet standards, and participate in team-driven improvements under LEAN guidelines and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operates on a moving conveyor belt and handles product by hand to pack and style.
• Performs multiple packing and weighing tasks throughout the shift.
• Inspects and removes product not meeting quality standards.
• Collaborates with the team to follow LEAN practices and communicate improvements.
