Job summary

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is seeking a Food Processing Parts Sales Representative responsible for parts sales for refrigeration, mechanical, and food processing systems. You will talk with customers via email or phone, prepare accurate quotes, and coordinate with service and billing to prevent issues.

You will also participate in trade shows, establish contacts with customers and vendors, and ensure pricing accuracy while promoting represented products to drive business growth for the group.

Qualifications

• Must have high school or equivalent.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and food industry including parts is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks—incoming calls, quoting, internal personnel, etc.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Put together accurate & concise parts quotes with correct pricing for all customers.
• Establish accurate contacts for all customers and vendors.
• Verify that price sheets are correct and current.
• Establish and maintain parts contracts.
• Assist in promoting Represented Products Parts Sales to lead to more business for the group.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son is seeking a Food Processing Parts Sales Representative. In this role you will be responsible for parts sales for refrigeration, mechanical, and food processing systems. This work will consist of talking with customers, via email or phone. Putting accurate quotes together for our customers, either internally or externally. Going to the IIAR and/or RETA trade shows to actively promote sales. Working with customer service and billing people to make sure that we are staying ahead of issues should they arise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales duties:
• Putting together Accurate & Concise Parts Quotes with Correct Pricing for all of our customers
• Establishing Accurate contacts for all of customers and our vendors.
• Verify that price sheets are correct and current
• Establish and maintain Parts Contracts
• Assist in the promotion of Represented Products Parts Sales, to lead to more business for the Group
• Other duties as assigned
