Schwan's Company in Salina, KS is seeking a production/processing associate for the 2nd shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with an additional $2.00 shift differential between 3 p.m.

and 6 a.m. This full-time role involves unpacking materials, mixing ingredients, and ensuring quality compliance in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement. Applicants should have 0–1 years of experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand on concrete

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throw out or fix products as necessary; note waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, State, Federal and company regulations, including GMPs and safety guidelines.
