Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time production-focused role in a food manufacturing environment. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 years of experience, basic education, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You must be adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; discard or fix as necessary; record waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and GMPs.
