Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Prep Worker to prepare and portion food items in line with our recipes and sanitation standards. You will use daily worksheets to cook meals and maintain product quality throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes accurate food handling, cleanliness, and adherence to safety policies. Previous prep or food service work is preferred, with opportunities to develop new skills within a large, global food service company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year prep or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food prep standards and sanitation helpful.
• Must be able to read and write for communication.
• Basic math/counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items using prep lists and Aramark recipes.
• Follows proper food handling procedures.
• Maintains rotation and freshness of foods.
• Labels, dates, and stores leftovers properly per standards.
• Keeps refrigerators and work areas clean and organized.
• Ensures kitchen stations are sanitized and shut down safely.
